Who joins Regime Center?
People who are looking for a fast, convenient way t o eat sensibly, improve their health and increase their energy level with a delicious gourmet meal plan. Although many people use the diet as a weight loss tool, weight loss is merely a positive side effect of leading a healthie r dietary lifestyle.
What is The Healthy Meal Program?
Regime’s HMP is a comprehensive weight-loss program that features premium quality, freshly prepared meals and tasty s nacks in calorie- controlled portions. These nutritionally balanced m eals are offered in conjunction with expert advice and online tools to give you the support you need to succeed.
How does HMP work?
Once you select the plan that best fits your needs, you're ready to begin customizing your menu. Choose from a large variety of great tasting, freshly prepared meals. You'll choose breakfast, lu nch, dinner, salad, soup and dessert for each day. The meals you select are then made to order with only the highest quality ingredients, carefully por tioned, packed and delivered directly to you. All you do is heat, eat and enjoy!
What kind of results can I expect from the program?
While enjoying more variety in your food than ever before, you will reach your goal weight and drop bad cholesterol, triglyce ride and glucose levels significantly. We are confident that you will reali ze that all your goals are easily within your reach. All you have to do is tak e a decision, and we will help guide you the rest of the way to a healthier, happier, and more confident you.
How much weight can I expect to lose while on the HMP and how soon will the results appear?
While all of our clients are experiencing excellent outcomes, results vary from person to person. Healthy weight loss is 0.5 - 1 kilo per week. The amount of weight you lose depends on many factors: your age, activity level, amount of exercise, medical co nditions and present weight. If you exercise, keep in mind that muscle i s 22% heavier than fat. Don’t necessarily go by the number on the scal e, rather the way you look and feel about yourself. Usually results a ppear with just a few days with significant changes showing up in two weeks.
I want to eat healthy, not lose weight. Is the Heal thy Meal Program for me?
At Regime Center our goal is not only to help you l ose weight, but to help you achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle you'll benefit from in many ways. Our meal delivery program is ideal for anyone looking for better health and the convenience of having freshly prepar ed, great tasting meals delivered to their home!
Should I talk to my doctor before starting on this meal program?
Yes, talk to your doctor to learn if Regime program is right for you. You should always consult with your doctor before start ing a new diet plan.
How do I renew the program?
Before the end of your program our consultant will send you an sms message to remind you that your program is about to end. We will automatically renew your program if you decide to c ontinue.
What if I am allergic to, or just don't like, a par ticular food?
One of the first steps when beginning our program i s to create a personal food profile. You are required to provide accurate information about any food preferences, allergies, and dietary considerat ions to ensure absolute satisfaction.
What should I drink while am on the program?
Some beverages are offered with your program like j uices, yogurt, and milk; However, you should always drink water. We be lieve in water hydration as the very best choice for thirst-quench ing. When you begin to burn fat on Regime program you may at times become dehydrated. Avoid drinking sodas, juices, and other sugar-filled liqu ids.
What if I go on vacation or out of town?
Not a problem! Simply call one of our customer serv ice representatives at least 48 hours before you leave and let us know the dates that you will be gone. We'll schedule deliveries to resume upon your return and add your missed days to the end of your program.
What if I'm on medication?
We suggest consulting your physician before you sta rt Regime program or any other diet program.
Do you have different plans for men and women?
All of our meals are suitable for both men and wome n. Our team of expert dietitians can work with you to create a plan that is best suited for your gender, age, height, weight, and physical activity levels. We will create a plan for you that will help you achieve the results you want and that is best suited for you based on your specific needs and req uests.
What if I go out to dinner?
We understand that sometimes situations arise when you may not require one of your Regime meals. If you are eating out, yo u can save your Regime meal to eat at the end of your cycle. Your meals wi ll stay fresh for up to 2 days after delivery with proper refrigeration.
What if I need to stop my program?
Programs may be placed on hold for as long as you l ike whenever you like. Just notify us 2 days before modification s can take effect.
Do I have to eat all the food listed in the meal pl an for every day?
Your meal plan has been designed to give you all th e essential nutrients needed for optimal nutrition as well as for sensibl e weight loss. Please be sure to eat all the food that is recommended on you r program. Failure to follow the program protocol and eat all of the food recommended may involve the risk of not seeing the proper weight lo ss. Please contact a dietitian if you need to adjust your meal schedule.
What can I do to maximize the program's effectivene ss?
We suggest that you eat 3-4 hours prior to sleep. Drink lots of water and limit your caffeine intake. Of course exercisin g a few times a week is great for the body and the mind.
Do I have to do the program 7 days per week?
To get the most out of your program, we recommend s ticking to it as closely as possible. If 5 or 6 days would better fi t your particular lifestyle we can do that too! Either way, we have the right p rogram for you!
Do I have to exercise?
Diet and exercise go hand in hand in order to achie ve optimal weight loss in a healthy and sustainable way. Regular physical act ivity is an important component to lifelong weight management and overall health. International Physical Activity Guidelines dictate that you perfo rm two types of physical activity per week: aerobic (150mins or more/week) a nd muscle- strengthening (2 or more times/week) Based on your physical activity and fitness level different types of exercise will be recommended. Walking is the main activity r ecommended to you at the very start that may evolve with increased stami na and overall progress.
What do I do when I'm off the program?
During the program, we supply you with daily menus as well as show you the portion size you should be having. You may use this as a learning experience to continue into the future. We also hav e maintenance programs, should you choose to continue with us.
Meals & Foods
How many meals will I receive?
For each day you'll receive Breakfast, Lunch (with sala d and soup), Dinner (with salad and soup), dessert, and beverage.
How are the meals packaged?
The meals are packaged in individual containers. Each port ion is measured and weighed to meet all requirements necessary to ensure a well bal anced meal.
How should the food be heated?
The meals you receive are ready to heat and serve, using either a microwave or conventional oven. Most meals can be fully heated in the microwave in as little as 3 minutes. All of the containers are microwavable please do not place containers in oven.
What if I don’t like meal options on a particular day?
We offer one of the most flexible meal plans. We str ive hard to ensure that you don’t waste your money on food you can’t eat or don’t like. Yo u may substitute from a list of tasty dishes that are always available or you may doubl e up on your favorite meals that are available during a particular day.
What makes your food so different?
Our food has made us famous. We have developed techniques to pr epare food with minimal fat and maximum delicious taste. We have a wide variety of appetizing dishes to choose from daily. You can still eat all the foods you love, including desserts, while still losing weight and feeling great about yourself.
Are there menus for people with cholesterol problems?
Definitely, we make sure the content of the menus you c hoose takes cholesterol levels into consideration. We have weekly rotating menu that o ffers excellent variety. All of the meals are low in fat, low in sodium and low in choles terol.
Can I eat my dinner at lunch time and my lunch at dinner t ime?
Yes you can alter the times of your meals as long as y ou include all the foods in your meal plan to continually fuel your body throughout the da y and leave at least 3 hours between the last meal of the day and the time you slee p. Please check with a dietitian for suggestions on rearranging your meal plan.
Do you have vegetarian menus?
Yes, we have numerous vegetarian meals available for y ou.
How does Regime Center cater to my unique tastes and speci fic nutritional requirements?
With Regime’s Meal Plan you always have the option t o change your weekly menu and make it your own. You can customize your weekly menu from our wide variety of meals to ensure that you receive your favorites.
Do I need to put my food in the refrigerator?
Your food must be refrigerated. Since Regime food is prepa red using the freshest ingredients and no food additives are added for preservation, in order for the food not to spoil it must be refrigerated once received.
Should I eat all three meals even if I am not hungry?
Yes! Because of the adjustments to your eating habits, mi ssing meals or snacks may confuse your body and cause you to crave food at odd times . Having a suppressed appetite is a good sign as it shows that you are losing bo dy fat and efficiently utilizing your daily calories".
What if I am still hungry?
Very few clients ask this question, however when they do we see it is usually in their first week. This usually occurs because your system is readjust ing in the first week. Most clients notice after the first seven days that they are no longer having the cravings they were used to. This is because your system and blood sugar le vels are now balanced. But during this first week you may eat as much salad (greens only ) as you please. Salads are a free food.
How do I store the meals?
You store the meals in your refrigerator, not in your freezer, and when you are ready to eat them, you just heat them in the microwave. Howeve r, some meals don't require heating and can be consumed right from the container.
What are the meals delivered in?
During the day all meals are cooked, prepared and chilled usi ng special cook chill technology, and then they are packed in microwave safe c ontainers and placed in a meal box. We then deliver the meal box of the day in our ref rigerated vans.
Are Regime meals heart healthy?
We use fresh, natural ingredients, whole grain products, an d never include any trans fats in our meals. Our Traditional low-fat and Vegetarian low- fat meal plans are low in cholesterol and sodium and meet the dietary guidelines f rom several major health organizations such as the American Dietetic Associatio n.
Are your meal plans safe for diabetics?
We always recommend you talk with your doctor before sta rting this or any meal plan. However, our traditional low-fat meal plan offers a m enu that adheres to the American Diabetes Association guidelines and we have had many diabe tics experience great success with Regime plans.
What if I'm allergic to a particular food?
We do not provide service to individuals with severe or lif e threatening allergies. Clients with food sensitivities & allergies choose to receive m eals at their own risk. We may provide a list of ingredients for our meals upon request. T he decision to receive a particular meal is entirely up to you.
Can I drink diet soda with this program?
Diet Soda has artificial sweeteners. Artificial swee teners have a cornered edge that resembles a sugar molecule. Your body will think its sugar, s o your body anticipates this and starts secreting insulin. Your blood levels will then decrease resulting in carbohydrate cravings. So what you are doing is faking out your body. If you must have diet soda, then please limit it to only one a day. You can consider this a treat for yourself; any more will compromise the programs intentions.
Meals Delivery
Can I put meal deliveries on hold if I go out of town?
Yes. Simply call one of our customer service representatives at least 72 hours before you leave and let us know the dates that you will be gone. We'll schedule deliveries to resume upon your return and add your missed days to the end of your program.
How will Regime deliver to me?
Once you join Regime program you will be asked for the location to where you would like your meals delivered. Our delivery team will deliver to your address at any time that is convenient to you seven days a week..
What time do you deliver?
Our food delivery service starts from 6 am till 3 pm giving total time flexibility to our customers, and can be easily postponed or rescheduled as to your preferences to suit your lifestyle.
Can I have two delivery locations?
Yes our delivery service allows you to choose two different locations to receive your meal box.
How are the meals delivered?
Regime’s fresh meals are delivered daily chilled in our refrigerated vans to preserve its temperature. All meals should be refrigerated immediately once received.
What happens when the box arrives, but I am not home to receive it?
Our driver will call you and in case no one can receive the box we will return it to our center and keep it for 1 day for you to pick it up.
How do I stop delivery for a particular day?
To freeze or unfreeze your delivery You have two options:
1. Log in to your online account 72 hours prior to the desired date, navigate to the "dashboard" page and click on the date of which you want to freeze delivery.
2. You can also call us 72 hours prior to the desired date and we will gladly make the changes for you
Menu Plan Program
How was the Menu Plan Program developed?
The Menu Plan Program was designed by our team of registered dieticians, whose recommendations are based on the latest health, weight management and disease prevention research.
Do I have any choice in which Menu I follow?
Like shopping at the grocery store, you'll select your menus based on your own taste preferences. Our Personalized Menu option allows clients to design their own menus based on their favorite foods.
What calorie level am I going to be on?
Your dietician will help you determine your optimal calorie level based on your age, height, gender, activity level, current and desired weight.
Do I have to have a weekly consultation?
Yes, all Regime programs include weekly consultations that play a major role in our clients' successes. Not only do we want to support you along your weight loss journey, we want to ensure that you're experiencing a healthy weight loss.
What happens each week when I meet with my dietician?
Consider your dietician your "partner in weight loss." During your weekly visits, your dietician will review your progress, address any challenges you may have, help with menu planning and offer weight loss tips and techniques.

When I need help, how quickly can I get a response from my dietician?
Regime has a team of fully trained dieticians providing a full-support service. You can expect a quick response. Our dieticians are there to help and support you as often as you need it.
Is the Menu Plan program safe for diabetics?
Yes, we have special menu plans for people with diabetes. In fact many people with diabetes have had tremendous results with our well-balanced Menu plan Program.

Diet Tips

  • Drink enough water and start your day with a cup. Our bodies consist mostly of water and requires between 1 and 2 liters of water each day so make sure to drink 8 to 10 cups of water daily.
