When it comes to your health, you deserve the assurance that the highest food safety guidelines are being followed when we prepare your meals at our newly equipped and HACCP certified kitchen.

You can be certain that the meals we produce are prepared with the utmost care using the best possible quality of raw material available. Our kitchen staff is comprised of trained culinary professionals and a quality control inspector monitoring the implementation of HACCP procedures, hygienic guidelines and quality control protocols. We ensure safe handling practices are being followed adhering to all sanitary and food safety.

 

Diet Tips

  • Drink enough water and start your day with a cup. Our bodies consist mostly of water and requires between 1 and 2 liters of water each day so make sure to drink 8 to 10 cups of water daily.
  • Be physically active and incorporate exercise into your daily routines.
